Child Safety & CSAM Policy

1. Objective

HumansHere is committed to providing a safe and respectful community for adults. We have zero tolerance for the presence, creation, storage, or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any exploitation of minors on our platform.

2. Age Restriction

• The HumansHere Service is designed only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

• We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or retain personal data from anyone under the age of 18.

• If you become aware of a user who may be under 18, please report the profile immediately using the in-app reporting tools.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any content that depicts, represents, or is intended to sexualize minors.

• Any material that could be reasonably interpreted as CSAM.

• Any information or images that sexualize or exploit minors in any form.

4. Detection & Reporting

HumansHere has implemented systems and moderation practices to:

• Detect and remove any content that violates this policy.

• Monitor reports from users about suspected CSAM or exploitation.

• Promptly investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

If you encounter content that violates this policy:

• Use the in-app “Report” function immediately.

• Provide as much detail as possible about the suspected violation.

5. Response and Enforcement

Upon receiving a report of suspected CSAM or minor exploitation:

• We will conduct a rapid review with our moderation team.

• Any offending content, accounts, and associated user data will be removed or restricted pending investigation.

• Repeat or severe violations will lead to account termination and evidence preservation.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

HumansHere cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and legal authorities. If we become aware of CSAM, exploitation of minors, or a lawful request for evidence:

• We will preserve relevant data

• Share it with the appropriate authorities

• Provide further cooperation as required by law

7. Preservation of Evidence

To support investigations, we may retain and preserve relevant data (including messages, logs, and other metadata) even after user account deletion or suspension if required by law or for safety.

8. User Responsibility

Users are expected to:

• Respect age restrictions

• Report suspected violations immediately

• Not upload or share any content of or relating to individuals under 18

Failure to comply with this policy may result in account suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

9. Updates to this Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in legal requirements or platform features.
