COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

HumansHere is built around honest self-expression, curiosity, and meaningful human connection. These Community Guidelines exist to ensure that the platform remains a safe, respectful, and welcoming space for everyone.

By using HumansHere, you agree to follow these Guidelines in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

1. OUR COMMUNITY VALUES

HumansHere encourages:

• Respectful and kind interactions

• Authentic self-expression

• Emotional safety and consent

• Curiosity without judgment

We do not tolerate harassment, abuse, exploitation, or harmful behavior — whether explicit or implied.

2. RESPECTFUL & KIND INTERACTIONS

You are expected to interact with others in a manner that is:

• Respectful

• Honest

• Non-threatening

• Non-manipulative

You must not:

• Harass, bully, insult, or demean other users

• Use hateful, discriminatory, or dehumanizing language

• Pressure, coerce, guilt, or emotionally manipulate others

• Persistently message someone who has shown disinterest

• Shame or mock someone for their identity, boundaries, or preferences

Respecting boundaries is mandatory.

3. CONTENT YOU SHARE (TEXT, PHOTOS, MEDIA)

You are responsible for all content you post, including:

• Profile text

• Written entries

• Photos or visual uploads

• Messages or interactions

All content must comply with these Guidelines and applicable laws.

4. TEXT, PHOTO & VISUAL CONTENT MODERATION

We encourage authentic, expressive content. However, any text, photo, or visual that compromises safety, dignity, consent, or the integrity of the platform is strictly prohibited.

Allowed:

• Clear, consensual photos of yourself

• Artistic, expressive, or lifestyle images

• Everyday, personal, or creative visuals

• Respectful text used for normal communication and self-expression

Not Allowed (Text, Photos, or Visuals):

Sexual & Explicit Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit content

• Explicit nudity or graphic sexual acts

• Fetish content intended for sexual gratification

• Sexually explicit poses focused on genitalia

Hate, Harassment & Discrimination

• Hate speech or hateful expressions based on religion, caste, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, disability, or any protected characteristic

• Abusive, threatening, or degrading language

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted attacks

• Content promoting violence, exclusion, or harm against individuals or groups

Consent & Privacy Violations

• Images, videos, or text shared without the consent of the person involved

• Non-consensual sexual content, including private or intimate material

• Impersonation or misrepresentation of another individual

Minors & Exploitation

• Content involving minors

• Any attempt by a minor to access or use the platform

• Grooming behavior, suggestive messages, or inappropriate interaction with minors

Violence & Harm

• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery or text

• Content encouraging self-harm, suicide, or physical injury

• Threats of violence or criminal conduct

HumansHere reserves the right to remove or restrict visibility of any image that violates these standards or creates an unsafe environment, and take appropriate action where violations occur, including reporting to authorities where required by law.

5. SEXUAL & INTIMATE CONTENT BOUNDARIES

HumansHere supports honest conversations about attraction and intimacy — not explicit sexual solicitation.

Not Allowed:

• Explicit sexual messages without mutual consent

• Unsolicited sexual content or advances

• Requests for sexual services or transactional intimacy

• Sharing explicit fantasies or content without clear context and consent

Consent must be explicit, mutual, and ongoing.

6. MISREPRESENTATION & IMPERSONATION

You must represent yourself truthfully.

You may not:

• Impersonate another person

• Use fake photos or misleading information

• Misrepresent your age, identity, or intentions

• Create accounts on behalf of others

Accounts suspected of misrepresentation may be suspended or terminated.

7. SAFETY & OFFLINE INTERACTIONS

HumansHere does not facilitate or supervise offline interactions.

You are strongly encouraged to:

• Avoid sharing financial or sensitive personal information

• Never send money or gifts to other users

• Meet in public places if choosing to meet offline

HumansHere is not responsible for user conduct outside the platform.

8. NO BACKGROUND OR IDENTITY VERIFICATION

HumansHere does not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification.

We make no guarantees about:

• User identity

• Intentions

• Background

• Behavior

All interactions are at your own discretion and risk.

9. REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines:

• Use the in-app reporting tools 

• Provide accurate and honest information

Enforcement actions may include:

• Content removal

• Warnings

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

Actions are taken at HumansHere’s sole discretion. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate termination.

10. ZERO TOLERANCE BEHAVIOR

The following may result in immediate and permanent removal:

• Sexual exploitation or coercion

• Harassment or threats

• Hate speech or violence

• Content involving minors

• Sharing private or non-consensual images 

• We have zero tolerance for content involving minors. Such violations are not only grounds for permanent termination but will be immediately reported to relevant Law Enforcement Agencies as per the POCSO Act, 2012.

• You are prohibited from sharing "deepfakes" or AI-generated media that impersonates others or creates non-consensual intimate imagery. Using AI to create deceptive profiles is a severe violation and will be reported to the authorities.

 STATUTORY DUE DILIGENCE & PROHIBITED CONTENT

You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update, or share any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;

• Is obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, invasive of another’s privacy (including bodily privacy), or insulting/harassing on the basis of gender;

• Is harmful to a child;

• Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person;

11. COMMUNITY FIRST

HumansHere is not a place for:

• Hate

• Intimidation

• Exploitation

• Disrespect

If your presence makes others feel unsafe, unheard, or disrespected — you do not belong on the platform.

12. CHANGES TO THESE GUIDELINES

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated version.
