If you opt for profile or ID verification, you may provide a selfie ; or facial recognition data (processed in accordance with applicable laws and with your consent).

Your chats and messages are not shared publicly and remain private between you and the recipient(s), unless explicitly reported and reviewed under moderation protocols.

We may share specific user data internally with trained moderators or security systems to:

  • Detect and prevent fake profiles, bots, or spam

    This may involve names, messages, photos, IP addresses, and verification data.

    Children’s Privacy

    HumansHere is designed exclusively for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or allow personal data from anyone under 18. If you're not yet 18, please do not use our platform.

    We take age restrictions seriously:not just as a policy, but as a part of maintaining a respectful and emotionally safe community.

    If we become aware that personal data of a child has been collected inadvertently, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data promptly.


    Reporting Underage Users

    If you come across a profile you believe belongs to someone under 18, please report it directly through the in-app reporting tool. Our moderation team will review and take appropriate action.

    We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts if age cannot be confirmed or is found to be falsified.

    Effect of Withdrawal of Consent
    Withdrawal of consent may result in certain features or services becoming unavailable. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.
