Repeated violations of our Community Guidelines
Harassment, inappropriate content, or impersonation
Misuse of the reporting or matching system
If your account was banned, you’ll see a notice when you try to log in.
Filing an Appeal
If you believe your account was banned by mistake, you can appeal.
Visit the Support page on the HumansHere website.
Select “Appeal a Ban” and fill out the form with your registered details.
Our team will review your appeal carefully and respond as soon as possible.
Please note:
If you are a Taken member, your subscription will not be cancelled automatically. You’ll need to cancel your membership directly through the platform where you originally subscribed (App Store or Google Play).
