Here’s everything you need to know about setting up, logging in, and managing your HumansHere account.
Creating an Account
To keep HumansHere secure, every account must be verified with a phone number and email during onboarding.
Download the app for iOS or Android.
Tap Get Started.
Enter your phone number.
Enter the SMS verification code sent to you.
Add your name and date of birth.
Link your email address to your account.
Open the verification email and click the link to confirm.
(Optional) Link your Google Account or Apple ID for faster logins.
Logging In
Already have an account? Tap Sign In and choose:
Google
Apple
Phone number
Managing Your Account
Changing Your Email
Tap Profile Icon in the navigation bar.
Tap the Gear Icon (Settings).
Scroll to Account → Email → Edit Email.
Enter your new email and verify it via the link sent to your inbox.
Note: Your phone number cannot be changed.
Linking/Unlinking Google or Apple ID
Link Google Account
Go to Profile Icon → Settings → Connected Accounts.
Toggle Google Account ON (black = linked).
This links your login, not your Gmail inbox.
Link Apple ID
Go to Profile Icon → Settings → Connected Accounts.
Toggle Apple ID ON (black = linked).
Disconnect Google/Apple
Go to Profile Icon → Settings → Connected Accounts.
Toggle OFF (gray = disconnected).
Logging Out
Tap Profile Icon → Settings → scroll down and click Log Out.
Quick Notes
Your age is set during onboarding and cannot be changed later.
Linking Google/Apple makes re-login faster if you get signed out.
Email is the only login detail you can update later.
